Dancetime is a lovely space in which to teach dance, arts, theater, and much more. The Odd Fellows and Dancetime support those in need in the community. Therefore, we ask for a donation for use of the space, minimum of $10/hr. Your donation goes to restore this historic building, and to community organizations such as the House of Neighborly Services.
There are two large rooms on the upper level adequate for groups of up to16 or so. The main hall will easily dance 100+ people. The floors are linoleum over wood, very danceable!
The set up for music upstairs is a small home CD player with speakers. It is adequate for classes. In the ballroom the sound system and acoustics are really beautiful. A remote microphone is helpful for teaching.
The spaces are available on a regular basis or for a short series of classes. We encourage instructors to be creative, to help promote themselves, and to set the price of the class according to the expense. For more information contact us.
